Goldhar, Pinchas
(1901-47)
   Australian Yiddish writer. He was born in Lodz and in 1928 settled in Melbourne, where he operated a dye-shop. He edited the first Yiddish weekly in Australia. His stories describe the integration of Polish-Jewish immigrants into Australian life.
